Three companies,
and one service of our own
Claria Holdings is a holding company with incorporation scheduled for 15 September 2026. Its three group companies work in different fields: rimp co., ltd., a systems developer; kaeruwork co., ltd., which provides bookkeeping and marketing support and runs a men's total beauty salon; and Poright Inc., a specialist in automotive body and paint work.
The group also runs ClariaSync directly, a tool that brings together inventory, orders and sales across multiple online marketplaces. It grew out of running e-commerce inside the group.

A technology company that handles planning, design, implementation and maintenance in house.
We don't hand a system over and walk away. The systems used by the group's salons, body shop and e-commerce business were all built by us, and we run them ourselves every day. Because we know the problems that only show up once something is running, we design our clients' systems the same way, to keep running.
What we built and use every day
- KAERU BOARD Booking, shifts, attendance, payroll and sales for six salons in one screen. We built the sync with outside booking systems, the tablet app used in store, and the staff smartphone app ourselves.
- Poright Garage Tracks a vehicle through the body shop, from intake and quoting to repair work and delivery.
- Otegaru Buppan An e-commerce business buying and reselling used goods. We built and run the website, the iOS and Android apps, and LINE chat support.
- Claria Attendance Time tracking and attendance management. Provided by rimp co., ltd. until the incorporation of Claria Holdings is registered.

From kei cars to heavy trucks, body repair, colour matching, paint, polishing and reassembly are all done at our own shop.

Multiple marketplaces, one screen
It supports Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, Qoo10, Mercari Shops*, Yahoo! Shopping* and au PAY Market*, handling inventory, orders, shipping and sales for each in one screen. The group is developing it, and it will become the holding company's own business on incorporation. * In development
What it does
- Inventory Matches items by JAN code and sets aside records that need a check.
- Orders and shipping Orders from each marketplace in one table, through the unshipped list, picking and Amazon shipment confirmation.
- Expenses, analysis and invoices Expense records, sales and purchase analysis, and invoicing.
