Claria Holdings Corporation is a holding company in Ichinomiya, Aichi, with incorporation scheduled for 15 September 2026. Its group companies are rimp co., ltd., kaeruwork co., ltd. and Poright Inc., and the group also develops and runs its own software, ClariaSync.

We build the tools we use on our own floor
KAERU BOARD brings together booking, shifts, attendance and payroll for our salons. Poright Garage tracks a vehicle from intake to delivery at the body shop. Otegaru Buppan buys and resells used goods. Our own engineers built each one for their own work on the floor.
Through the years, what we have valued most is reliability over spectacle. We finish each piece of work carefully and build trust with our customers one job at a time. The other thing we hold to is that we do not sell what we do not use ourselves. The salon system, the body shop workflow and the e-commerce platform were all built because we needed them every day, and refined while we used them.
